Car Tuning
Video blogger Chris Steinbacher bought what he called ‘half a Lamborghini Huracan’ a few months ago. The supercar was totaled in a fire, but this did not prevent him from attempting restoration.
The Italian vehicle received a U.S.-made Chevrolet LS V8 engine boosted to deliver insane 1,500 horsepower (1,119 kilowatts) to the wheels. An Audi R8 provided the manual transmission.
As for the molten bodywork, this part has been designed anew with assistance from Khyzyl Saleem, creator of numerous vehicle-themed artworks and part of the team that developed the video game Need for Speed: Heat.
The project is still a work in progress, but many expect the end result to be exhibited at the SEMA show in Las-Vegas starting on November 5, 2019.
