The Japanese carmaker has shared the second teaser pic of a design study set to premiere at the Japan Mobility Show in late October. It looks like a crossover van, possibly the next generation of the Delica D:5.
The image reveals a boxy body with a large pylon at the front end, T-shaped taillights and a luggage box on the roof. The company mentions high ground clearance, large tires and an electrified powertrain with enough range ‘for any purpose.’
The Mitsubshi Delica lineup got its latest update in 2018 (see video), so a new generation is arguably overdue by now.
