B&B unveils four Audi RSQ3 engine upgrades

Good news for all owners of the Audi RSQ3 Performance: German tuner B&B has come out with as many as four performance upgrades for this particular car model, bringing it on par with the BMW X5M, Mercedes GLE63 AMG and Range Rover SVR.

The Stage 1 upgrade boils down to a simple firmware update and results in an increase to 425 hp (317 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb×ft) of torque.

The second stage comes with a number of air intake optimizations and promises 450 hp (336 kW) and 640 Nm (472 lb×ft).

The third stage is where things get serious for the first time. It necessitates installing a new high-performance intercooler and a custom sport-grade exhaust system. The result is estimated at 485 hp (362 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb×ft) of torque.

The fourth and last uupgrade squeezes the engine for spectacular 550 hp (410 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb×ft). It includes a racing-grade exhaust with a metallic catalyst, a custom turbocharger, a massive new intercooler, a high-pressure pump and an oil cooling circuit.

Once fully upgraded, the car reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in mere 3.5 seconds and ultimately goes past 300 km/h (186 mph), turning from an SUV into a veritable sports car.
