Ford to exhibit FIVE SUVs at SEMA

American car manufacturer Ford will bring as many as five customized crossover/SUV builds at the upcoming SEMA show in Las-Vegas.

The first entry is a Ford Edge ST redesigned by Blood Type Racing. It comes wrapped in light-blue vinyl film and has a front splitter, air suspension and 22-inch wheels.

The engine bay of the car holds a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 equipped with an improved air intake, a Mishimoto intercooler and an MRT exhaust system. The exact performance figures are not available, however, the standard Ford Edge ST produces up to 335 hp (250 kW) and 514 Nm (380 lb×ft) of torque.

Then there are two Expedition crossovers, handled by LGE*CTS and Hulst Customs, respectively. The former features a dual-color finish, new bumpers, additional lighting and 18-inch wheels clad in BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/AKM2 tires. It also has adjustable suspension, sway bars and a Borla exhaust system.

The Expedition by Hulst Customs sports new radiator grille and hood, a snowboard rack and enormous 26-inch wheels. It comes all-wheel-driven by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine and 10-speed automatic transmission.

The last entry is an opulent Ford Explorer by MAD Industries. The car maintains a red/black gamma both outside and inside and features improved suspension and brakes, a sport-grade air filter and a Ford Performance exhaust.
