Nissan teases the 2020 Juke

Japanese automotive giant Nissan has released another teaser pic of the second-gen Juke crossover, showing us the front end of the car this time around.

There is little new to be seen on the photo, except for some details. Just as we expected, the front fascia doesn’t appear much different from its previous version except for the redesigned round headlights and daytime running lights now smoothly integrated in the front apron (not jutting out of it like before).

The chief designer of the marque promised us earlier that the new car would be an ‘urban meteor with personality.’ He also said it would be largely different from the current generation.

Most industry pros believe the next-gen Juke will be based on the CMF-B platform of the Renault Clio. If true, then it will likely ship with the same or similar assortment of engines, including 1.0- and 1.3-liter naturally aspirated gasoline ones, a 1.5-liter diesel, and a turbo V4 with 200 hp (149 kW) at its disposal.

The official premiere of the 2020 Nissan Juke will come about in September.
