Lincoln’s new Corsair Grand Touring is a hybrid SUV

The luxury crossover vehicle comes powered by a purpose-built 2.5-liter V4 engine (front axle) assisted by two synchronous electric motors (rear axle).

The resulting AWD system delivers up to 270 horsepower (200 kilowatts) to the asphalt. Switching to the electric mode depletes the battery after 25 miles (40 kilometers). The modes number six in total, so you can pick a fine balance between electric power and gasoline consumption.

Just like the standard Lincoln Corsair, the hybrid boasts an active noise cancelling system that uses mics and speakers to mute the surrounding noises more efficiently than any passive kind of insulation can hope to do. The equipment list also includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, 360-degree cameras, and much more.
