Mansory presents a cheery leprechaun of a Mercedes G-Class

The Japanese carmaker has decorated its all-electric hatchback with thousands of light bulbs to celebrate the upcoming Christmas and New Year – and to remind everyone that regenerative braking produces plenty of energy.
The Nissan Leaf implements this braking via a feature called e-Pedal. You can use the accelerator pedal not just to accelerate, but also to brake – to a halt, if necessary. Once the B Mode is activated, the brake system begins converting the kinetic energy of the car into electric power. The statistics shows that the Leaf can produce up to 744 kilowatts of electricity like this per every 11,000 miles (17,700 kilometers) traveled.
The company notes that this amount should be sufficient to provide power to 266 Christmas trees decorated with 700 LED lights each.
