Fisker Ocean technical specs arrive at last

Fisker officially unveiled its electric Ocean SUV a couple of weeks ago, but never disclosed any of its technical specifications – until now.

It is now official that the Fisker Ocean is a 2WD vehicle in its most basic configuration and a 4WD one in all higher trim levels. The 4WD variant packs a total of 306 horsepower (228 kilowatts) sourced from two motors installed one per axle. A performance version will be coming to the market later on with the standard sprint time of just 3 seconds, but its other specs remain unknown.

A 80-kWh traction battery will grant you at least 300 miles (480 kilometers) of range, Fisker claims, and topping it up will take half an hour at a sufficiently high-power station.

Paid options include roof railings and larger 22-inch wheels (20-inch ones are standard). Inside, the car packs a high-end infotainment system with a huge 16-inch display, a 9.8-inch digital dashboard, and a HUD display.

Weight capacity and other detailed specs will only arrive in 2021, and the sales launch is still pretty far away.
