Peek inside this spacious and well-designed Sprinter 4×4 campervan

Vanlife Customs built this 2016 Mercedes Sprinter 4×4 camper van for last year’s Red Bull’s Vanlife Experience. Today, we are offered a detailed video tour of this vehicle.

The conversion introduces a pop-up roof with a queen-size bed underneath, Fox suspension lift, plenty of additional LED lighting, and a cozy side canopy. The solar batteries on the roof can provide up to 160 watts of power at 110V, and the on-board battery array can store up to 200 Ah.

Adventuring enthusiasts get access to a wide range of modern commodities, including a well-equipped kitchen with two induction hobs, a sink, 20-liter tanks for fresh and used water, and plenty of storage niches and compartments. There is also a sofa and a folding table, as well as a diesel-powered central heating system for wintertime.
