Here’s everything you wanted to know about the new BMW 6-Series GT

BMW has unveiled the refreshed 6-Series GT liftback lineup scheduled to hit the showrooms in summer. Let’s see what it has to offer.

From the aesthetic perspective, the model sports redesigned bumpers at both ends, frameless door glass, larger front grille “nostrils”, and completely new headlights.

Inside, the dashboard is digital, the HVAC system has four zones, the front seats boast plenty of power adjustments and features, and the Bowers&Wilkins audio set is likewise new.

An interesting innovation comes in the form of an integrated trunk spoiler that automatically pops up at 120 km/h (75 mph) and above. Adaptive air suspension is included in the base configuration.

As far as the engines are concerned, there is a wide assortment of gasoline and diesel units universally assisted by 48-volt electric starters for maximum efficiency and compliance to the emission standards. The two gas options deliver 258 and 333 horsepower (192 and 248 kW, respectively), while the diesel ones produce 190, 286 and 340 hp (142, 213 and 254 kW).
