Nissan GT-R Offroad ‘Godzilla 2.0’ goes on sale

Netherlands-based firm Classic Youngtimers Consultancy trades in exotic cars and builds them, too: this Nissan GT-R Offroad nicknamed ‘Godzilla 2.0’ is their latest work.

The pre-facelift sports car has 46,500 kilometers (28,900 miles) under its belt and boasts suspension tweaks and extended arches needed for the larger all-terrain tires. It also has lights on the roof and the front bumper and a roof rack with a spare wheel attached to it.

The body sports camouflage-themed graphics and stands 120 mm (4.7”) taller than the standard Nissan. The ground clearance therefore amounts to a whopping 230 mm (9”) – more than most SUVs have nowadays.

The 3.8-liter V6 TT receives a push towards 600+ hp (450+ kW). The tuner mentions that the stock power was 485 hp (362 kW), which indicates that this GT-R is a pretty old model. A six-speed semi-automatic transmission sends the momentum to all four wheels thanks to a multi-plate front axle coupling.

No sprint times have been provided. The Nismo spec, which is mostly comparable to this build, needs 2.5 seconds to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) and maxes out at 320 km/h (199 mph).

The Nissan GT-R Offroad ‘Godzilla 2.0’ can be yours for €95,000.
