Mercedes-Benz teases its hydrogen semi truck concept

Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer at Daimler AG, has posted a few teaser pics heralding the premiere of a hydrogen-powered semi truck.

The shots depict a cargo vehicle with dual rear axle and gas cylinders apparently meant for hydrogen storage.

According to Wagener, the show car’s mission is to showcase the company’s new design philosophy called Sensual Purity, as well as to advertise the latest in automotive technology. More details should follow soon, so stay tuned!
