Kia Stonic gets GT Line top trim

The 2021 Kia Stonic facelift from a few months ago saw it receive some design modifications and a new turbo hybrid powertrain. Today, the range expands to incorporate the new flagship version: GT Line.

The newcomer boasts a body kit with vivid color accents, a rear diffuser and sporty plastic moldings. It also has trapezoid-shaped anti-fog lamps, 17-inch alloy wheels and dual exhaust tips.

The cabin makes use of new trimming materials and houses a steering wheel with the GT Line logo. Standard equipment includes an 8-inch infotainment screen, LED lights, AEB, driver’s attention control and lane control.

Powering the subcompact CUV is a turbocharged three-cylinder engine assisted by a 48V electric motor (100 and 120 hp, 75 and 90 kW). A non-electrified variant is also available. Transmission options include six-speed manual, seven-speed DCT and iMT.

Prices in Great Britain start from £20,475, and availability in other markets will be announced later.
