Curated puts a sticker on the ultra-rare Сizeta V16T

The exceptionally exotic Сizeta V16T supercar once belonged to Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei, and has been up for grabs since this summer. A couple of days ago, media finally learned how much it costs: $750,000 USD.

Ex-Lamborghini engineer Claudio Zampolli, famous stylist Marcello Gandini and producer Giorgio Moroder created the car 27 years ago. It had a unique arrangement of multiple pop-up headlights at the front, leading to people nicknaming it ‘multi-eyed’. The company had planned to produce 40 such vehicles per year, but ended up only making 23. The Sultan’s example was also the only one painted blue inside and out.

Powering the Сizeta V16T is a 64-valve V16 engine with four heads per cylinder, eight distribution shafts and two valve train chains. It produced 540 PS (533 hp / 397 kW) and 542 Nm (400 lb-ft) of torque that it sent to the wheels via a five-speed ZF manual transmission, enabling the car to accelerate to 328 km/h (204 mph).

With only 981 kilometers (610 miles) on the odo, the ride was barely driven and mostly served as a show exhibit – at the Geneva Show, for example. It had remained in Singapore until Curated bought it out earlier this year and brought it to Florida.
