The Bavarian automotive giant is getting ready to premiere its new flagship model – the X8 – and if these shots are any indication, it sports a rather innovative design.

The Bavarian automotive giant is getting ready to premiere its new flagship model – the X8 – and if these shots are any indication, it sports a rather innovative design.

Notable features include an oversized grille and a slanting roof, which suggests that the upcoming X8 may be more of an alternative to the sports-oriented X5 and X6 models, rather than the opulent X7.

Note also the unusually low headlights and the self-explanatory Hybrid Test Vehicle sticker.
