Tesla Model X gets its update alongside Model S

New additions include bumpers, taillights, a third motor and a revised interior, but the scope is not the same as with the Model S.
The dual-engined Long Range version costs $90,000 USD, packs 679 PS (670 hp / 500 kW), and covers 579 km (360 miles) on a single charge. It needs 3.8 secodns to get from zero to 97 km/h (60 mph) and tops out at 249 km/h (155 mph).
Pay an extra $30,000, and you get the Plaid version with three motors, 1,034 PS (1,020 hp / 760 kW) and 547 km (340 miles) of range. This one zaps 0-97 km/h (0-60 mph) in 2.5 seconds and reaches 262 km/h (163 mph) before maxing out.
Unlike the liftback, the 2022 Model X does not have a Plaid+ option that comes with a new battery type. Its cabin is nearly identical to that of the S.
Production is scheduled to begin later this quarter. Watch the attached video for a comparison with the pre-facelift Model X.
