Novitec presents its take on the Ferrari 812 GTS

Many Prancing Horse fans will readily take offense at a mere mention of aftermarket parts, but Novitec is both highly skilled AND experienced in this regard, having already customized an F8 Tributo and an 812 Superfast.

Next in line is this gorgeous 812 GTS Spider, which rocks a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 capable of 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW). After some fiddling with the ECU and replacing the exhaust system, the tuner ends up with 852 PS (840 hp / 626 kW) hitting the crank. At client’s request, the exhaust system can be made from Inconel, a particularly heat-resistant alloy employed primarily in Formula One racers.

Other highlights include sports-grade suspension springs that drop the ride height by 35 mm (1.4 inches), a hydraulic front axle lift (40 mm / 1.6 inches) for climbing over those pesky speed bumps, and exclusive Vossen wheels designed to emphasize the tapering form of the 812 GTS. The wheels make use of centerlocks for maximum style points.

Rounding things off are unobtrusive carbon fiber accents found throughout the body and cabin.
