Why buy a fancy Hummer when you can get a real military truck instead?

Bowler is primarily known for its off-road Land Rover conversions, but the company tries something new every now and then. Here is one good example.

Officially named the Bowler CSP RIV, the car has been co-created in cooperation with the British Ministry of Defense and debuted as a show car in 2017. It is now heading to an auction.

The car is based on a universal platform known as the CSP, which reportedly lends itself well to all kinds of transports, ranging from military ATVs to emergency vehicles.

The Land Rover engine pumps out 300 PS (296 hp / 221 kW) alongside 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. A ZF transmission transfers the momentum to all four wheels.

RM Sotheby’s estimates the one-off army truck at between €75,000 and €100,000.
