Steve ‘Baggsy’ Biagioni has enlisted the assistance of SB Motorsport to introduce the world to its most extreme and badass-looking Nissan Navara so far. The truck comes loaded with suspension and exterior mods and packs a GT-R V6 twin-turbo under the hood that makes a thousand horsepower.
Recognizing the donor vehicle can be a challenge, but the radiator grille, the lights and the outlines of the cab can help. The added body kit incorporates aggressive-looking custom bumpers, side sills, fender flares and other such details. 20-inch BBS rims occupy the arches instead of the stock 16-inch rollers, and the brakes behind them are Alcon-badged.
The suspension caters to the motorsports crowd with KW coilovers, as well as Nissan GT-R hydraulic bits and subframe. Installed in the cabin are Recaro bucket seats and a three-spoke sports steering wheel.
Pop a hood to reveal a rare VR41-series GT-R engine expanded from 3.8 to 4.1 liters of displacement. Upgraded turbo setup, new ECU and other mods enable it to slam a custom-designed dual-clutch transmission with 1,000 hp (1,014 PS / 746 kW).
It took more than two years for SB Motorsport to build the truck. Baggsy says he may bring it to the Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 23, 2022.
