Carmaker Rezvani may be primarily known for its badass SUVs and trucks, but it also has a light supercar named Beast in its portfolio, which will soon transition into its second generation. Here’s its second teaser video; pre-orders are already being processed.
The first teaser posted by the company around a month ago looked almost the same. The new version is eight seconds longer and provides a closer look at the new Beast’s steering wheel trimmed with leather and Alcantara. As of yet, it is the only interior shot available.
The production run will be capped at 20 units. Supercar makers often find buyers for the entire batch far ahead of the official premiere, but this seems to be not the case with Rezvani. According to the company, it is still looking for buyers willing to make a $500 refundable deposit.
According to an earlier announcement, the Beast Mk2 will pack an engine rated higher than 1,000 horsepower (750 kilowatts). Its lightweight carbon-fiber body will enable it to zap 0-96.6 km/h (0-60 mph) in 2.5 seconds and do a quarter-mile in 9.5 seconds. The pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but Rezvani will probably communicate all the relevant details to those with a reservation.
