Car Tuning
Since when is it considered normal among tuners to steal ideas from other tuners? As this Suzuki Jimny dressed up like a Brabus G-Class aptly demonstrates, some people just have no standards.
The tuner does not reveal its identity, preferring to hide behind the stolen one instead. There is the stylized “B” on the radiator grille and the captions “800” and “BiTurbo V8” on the tailgate. The latter is especially ridiculous, given that the Jimny comes powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 102 hp (76 kW).
With the above in mind, we find it difficult to praise the build. However, there are two things that redeem it somewhat. First, the interior also tries its best to look authentic, what with the genuine leather and not-so-genuine-looking carbon fiber. Second, the owner let it slip that he paid around $40,000 for it – a pittance compared to the prices associated with most Brabus conversions ($500,000+).
