H&R upgrades the Ford S-Max with sports-spec springs

The Ford S-Max has much going for it: excellent dynamics, sporty looks, and enough space to fit the family in – these are but the highlights. But you wouldn’t want to use it off the road too often, would you?

This is what the management at H&R must have thought when they approved these lowering springs into production. A set costs €367 and reduces the road clearance by 35 mm (1.4 inches) on both axles. As a result, the car experiences less rolling in corners and while overtaking.

Also available for the model are Trak+ wheel spacers, which you can use to extend the wheelspan by 40 – 60 mm (1.6 – 2.4 inches). These start from €142 per axle.
