Callaway launches a 750HP Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 spec

U.S. customizer Callaway is offering the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 coupe and convertible in a new 2020 spec called “SC750”. The biggest part of the deal comes in the form of a supercharger.

Using the Roots Gen.3 supercharger model, the company pushes the stock V8 6.2 to 750 hp (559 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque, which is 100 hp (75 kW) and 120 Nm (89 lb-ft) above the factory numbers.

You can grab your modified Camaro in two transmission variants: six-speed manual and 10-speed automatic. The latter enables a 0-97 km/h (0-60 mph) sprint in 3.2 seconds and a quarter-mile run in 11 seconds flat, while the former adds at least 0.1 s and 0.2 s, respectively.

Also included are new ECU software, running boards, floor mats, a key fob, and an engine bay cover with a Callaway logo on it. The powertrain upgrade comes with a limited warranty valid for 36 months or 36,000 miles (roughly 58,000 km).
