The BMW Motorrad division has presented two new products: a battery-powered bike called the CE 02 and a pair of AR-powered smart glasses. The former can be had from $7,599 and the latter from $750.
The city scooter features thick tires, a single-sided swingarm at the rear wheel and a telescopic fork at the front wheel. Buyers in Europe may choose between 5 and 15 horsepower variants. The more powerful of the two maxes out at a cool 95 km/h (59 mph) and has 90 km (56 miles) of range on a charge.
In turn. the glasses look normal but have a heads-up display on the right-hand lens that projects the dash gauges from the scooter onto the glass along with relevant navigation data.
