Chevrolet has only recently debuted the third-gen Colorado pickup, showing us a couple of off-road modifications of it along with the top spec called the ZR2 (see video). Now, Golden Bow Tie has announced the coming of an off-road racing version of the truck.
The official announcement avoids revealing details and is only accompanied by a single photo. Still, a closer look at the image reveals that the project is a collaboration with Chad Hall Racing. The truck is depicted with a spare wheel, additional lighting, terrain-grabbing tires and flared fenders. The suspension looks overhauled, as befits a truck suited for high-speed overland driving.
The new Chevrolet Colorado and its ZR2 version will be available to buy in March 2023, the manufacturer says. There will be over 200 factory accessories to choose from.
