Rolls-Royce builds bespoke vehicles for the Beijing show

The British luxury automobile manufacturer has previewed its Auto China lineup. The company has come to the show with three special editions of its mass-produced cars, united under the banner “Spirit of Expression”.

There is a stretched Rolls-Royce Ghost, a long-wheelbase Phantom and a Spectre EV in the mix. All three were co-produced between the company’s Bespoke department in the UK and its Shanghai design HQ. Each vehicle was stylistically inspired by our planet’s more impressive landmarks and phenomena considered popular among Chinese tourists.

These include the flora of South America, the beaches of Sicily and the sunsets of the Philippines, among other things. The color and texture of the night sky in these locations also influenced each design.
