The luxurious Skoda Peaq is slated for debut in summer this year, so let’s see what we know about it to date.
Official specs are few and far between. All we know is that the Peaq will be a seven-seater based on the Vision 7S Concept from nearly four years ago (see video). That one had a five-meter-long (16.4-foot-long) body with MPV styling cues.
Will the Peaq look exactly like the concept, though? Skoda suggests otherwise. According to the company, the reason it took it so long to design the new flagship EV was because it was forced to reconsider its market positioning and viability. The result is advertised as “freedom and utility on a whole new level”, so we should be looking forward to a very spacious cabin and lots of premium trim options worthy of a flagship.
It remains to be announced when the Skoda Peaq will go on sale and how much it will cost.
