Japanese tuning company Garage-ill has unveiled Bron55, the latest in a line of Suzuki Jimny restyling projects trying to make the petite off-roader look like a totally different car. Case in point: new Ford Bronco.
The kit includes a new radiator grille with large ‘BRON55’ lettering that you could mistake for ‘BRONCO’ from a distance. New, round headlights are also proposed, but bright LED rings and horizontal inserts make them look a bit different from the originals.
Then there is a distinct front bumper with imitated body protection, towing eyes, and auxiliary lights. Aside from this, the tuner offers a number of actual off-road modifications for the Jimny, including a lift kit, but they are not a part of the Bronco styling package.
The kit fits both the three-door and the long-wheelbase/five-door version of the Bronco. Prices start from 159,500 Japanese Yen for just the grille and the lighting, installation not included. Opting for the new bumper raises the total to 245,000 Yen.
