One of Toyota’s more interesting SEMA concepts this year is the RAV-X, a heavily modified RAV4 looking like a Dakar Rally machine.

Compared to the standard SUV, the RAV-X rocks reinforced suspension with plenty of ground clearance to spare, a wider track, shock absorbers with remote reservoirs, and rally wheels shod in 265/65 R17 tires.

It is anybody’s guess whether Toyota actually plans to up its rally game or just built the SUV to show off.
