China-based automaker Xpeng showed us the exterior of its upcoming all-electric G9 flagship in last November, but stayed tight-lipped regarding its parameters. It has now patented some specifications with the Ministry of Industry and IT, so let us have a closer look at them.
The vehicle is 4,891 mm long, 1,937 mm wide and 1,680 mm tall with 2,998 mm between the axles. It rides on wheels sized up to 21 inches and sports a laconic exterior design somewhat broken by weird two-tier headlights. The DRLs at the front end represent a single solid stripe, just like the taillights in the back.
Judging by the spy photos made thus far, the car is getting an enormous infotainment touchscreen integrated into the dash panel and spanning the space from the wheel to the right a-pillar.
The specification will allegedly include air suspension and fast charging, which will net you another 200 km (124 miles) of range after just five minutes spent plugged into a compatible charging outlet.
Weighing in at 2.8 metric tons (6,173 lbs), the car can tow up to 1.5 metric tons (3,307 lbs) and accelerate to a top speed of 200 km/h (124 mph).
