This 2020 BMW M340i can’t decide which M Parts to wear, wears them ALL

The ongoing Geneva show has quite a few BMW plug-in hybrids on display, but this 2020 M340i decorated with a plethora of M Performance Parts does its best to stand out, won’t you agree?

Seriously, it seems like the car has been kitted with pretty much everything M Performance has on offer for the 2020 model. A new radiator grille with diamond-shaped cells and silver “teeth” where the cells touch is immediately obvious, and so is the body kit. The latter includes a splitter, mirror caps, a spoiler and a diffuser – in other words, everything you can fit this particular car with. The factory wheels are no longer, and there are 20-inch alloys in their place concealing large disc brakes with four-piston supports painted red.

The interior is grey and red, a combination some will find annoying for everyday use. Included are a sports steering wheel trimmed with Alcantara and carbon fiber, a paddle shifter made from the same lightweight material, and branded floor mats.

The BMW M340i M Performance packs a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine rated at 374 hp (279 kW) and 500 Nm (369 lbft) of torque. Linked to the Steptronic eight-speed automatic transmission and xDrive AWD system, the engine helps the car hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds before maxing out at 250 km/h (155 mph).
