Morgan says goodbye to the Plus 4 with the 70th Anniversary Edition

The Morgan Plus 470th Anniversary Edition will emerge in a series of 20 cars with distinct vintage looks, priced from £60,995 each.

Each vehicle will boast unique wheels adorned with Dark Satin Grey wire-like material, a Platinum Metallic paintjob, black body accents, and certain body kit parts inspired by Morgan racecars of the past.

Each anniversary-themed Plus 4 will sport headrests decorated with a unique embroidered pattern, a chassis number plate, dark-grey floor mats, and a hand-crafted steering wheel.

The manufacturer promises to tweak the drivetrain and install a sports-grade exhaust system to squeeze 180 horsepower (134 kilowatts) out of the standard Morgan engine. Boosted like this, the old-timer will sprint 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in under seven seconds.
