Audi e-tron GT gets a €109k “affordable” edition

After refreshing its entire e-tron GT lineup last year, Audi has now complemented it with a cheaper and less powerful modification called simply the quattro. It’s already available to preorder, with full prices starting at €108,900.

The e-tron GT quattro packs two electric motors that deliver 503 PS (496 hp / 370 kW) to the wheels in standard mode. Launch control briefly boosts the output to 585 PS (577 hp / 430 kW), letting you sprint from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in four seconds.

Like its peers, the e-tron GT quattro uses a standard 105-kWh battery pack. It boasts the best range in the lineup – 622 km (386 miles) per charge, Audi claims. To accomplish it, the company fine-tuned the motor output and reduced the curb weight by 30 kilograms (66 pounds) compared to the S e-tron GT.

Support of charging sources rated up to 320 kW means that you can replenish enough charge in 10 minutes to drive another 285 kilometers (177 miles).

Other highlights of the marginally more wallet-friendly e-tron GT include a low drag ratio of 0.24, smart per-axle torque vectoring, and up to 405 liters of trunk size (14.3 cubic feet).
