The production of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ is officially complete now with the 30th and last example handed over to its buyer this week.
As you probably have heard, the ‘300+’ version owes its name to the Chiron hypercar that managed to accelerate beyond 300 mph (490.484 km/h, to be specific). It had an optimized aero kit helping it along with an eight-liter, quad-turbo W16 dialed up to 1,600 PS (1,578 hp / 1,177 kW).
The Super Sport 300+ series was announced in 2019 and shown in metal form two years later. Each cost at least €3,500,000.
Bugatti was acquired by Croatia-based hypercar maker Rimac not long ago, which confirmed that a successor was planned for the Chiron. It will be a partly electrified car equipped with a powerful combustion engine.
