Geely Emgrand GT/Borui gets digital dash, XXL infotainment screen heading into 2021

Geely has refreshed its Emgrand GT model also known as the Borui. Let’s see what has changed.

Compared to its predecessor shown in the video, the fresh sedan boasts redesigned bumpers, headlights, radiator grille with vertical fins, and LED DRLs.

Novelty inside includes a digital dashboard and a huge infotainment display stretching the entire length of the front fascia. The HVAC controls have also been revised.

The model now ships with a 1.8-liter turbo rated at 184 hp (137 kW) and a hybrid system based on a 1.5L Volvo unit churning out 177 hp (132 kW). Transmission can be six-speed automatic or seven-speed DCT.

Sales in China begin on August 5, with prices beginning at 136,800 Chinese Yuan (around 19,600 USD).
