Hyundai Elexio SUV EV teased in China

The Beijing–Hyundai joint venture in China has developed an all-electric SUV for the domestic market. It’s called the Elexio and will debut on May 7.

In the meantime, we can throw a glimpse at these heavily camouflaged pre-production shots. Hyundai claims the EV represents “a new milestone” for the company in China. Moving forward, the joint venture plans to introduce two or three new electrified vehicles every year.
