The futuristic roofline is but one of many features that make the Tesla Cybertruck stand out from the pickup crowd. However, if you order a $24,000 Space Camper add-on, the truck will take on a slightly more normal appearance.
The roof extension comes mounted on gas struts and bundled with such adventure-friendly options as an access ladder, a bed you can turn into a height-adjustable sofa, a kitchen sink, a modular kitchenette, and storage boxes. The interior is illuminated and offers USB charging ports, four wall sockets, warm floors, a built-in cinema, and more. There are even such unlikely pickup truck accessories as a shower cabin with a WC, an outdoor camping tent, and solar panels.
Pre-orders are already being registered, but you might want to wait until actual production starts – whether of the Space Camper or the much-troubled Cybertruck itself.
