2nd-gen Honda HR-V spied testing in Europe

The Honda HR-V hit the market in Japan in late 2013, arrived in the United States in 2016, and received a minor facelift in 2019 – hardly a winning strategy in the extremely crowded “subcompact SUV” segment.

This explains the HR-V test mule spotted by an anonymous photographer somewhere in Europe. Despite its camo wrap, the car looks just like a second-gen HR-V with larger c-pillars and rear window.

In turn, the front end likely bears an enlarged radiator grille framed by even slimmer headlights than before. Inside, a huge infotainment display and plenty of new tech are the most natural things to expect.
