Land Rover has updated its compact-sized Evoque SUV in Great Britain. Reservations are already being processed, and the minimum price is £40,080 (a touch above $51,000).
Old Matrix headlights made room for new Pixel ones consisting of four LED sections. The light diode count has tripled, resulting in a denser light beam that’s easier to adjust. Along with the updated headlights, the model ended up with a revised radiator grille, three new paint options and new wheels sized up to 21 inches in diameter.
The interior was overhauled in the same vein as the marque’s other recent releases. A Pivi Pro infotainment system occupied the space in the middle with an 11.4-inch curved display, and the center console was stripped clean of all controls except for a (redesigned) transmission selector.
The standard trim includes a climate control system featuring improved air quality control: an ultra-fine purification filter and a CO2 sensor team up to ensure that you breathe in clean air. A new trim option called Kvadrat was added, offering a wool-blend fabric finish free of any kind of leather.
The new Evoque comes with an assortment of mild-hybrid petrol and diesel engines to choose from, as well as a hybrid version called P300e. It combines a 1.5-liter engine with an electric motor for 309 PS (305 hp / 227 kW) and can cover up to 62 km (38.5 miles) on electricity alone.
