Although it's not the freshest full-size truck out there, it remains a must-drive for shoppers. In regular F-150s, fuel economy rates 15 mpg combined (13 mpg city/18 mpg highway) with 2WD and 13 mpg combined (12 mpg city/16 mpg highway) with 4WD.
