Mercedes C-Class gets new coilovers, extra dynamics

The Mercedes C-Class T-Model is hardly the best vehicle out there in terms of practicality or sportiness. One of these issues has been rather efficiently addressed by H&R: the team designed new coilovers that considerably improve the car’s overall dynamics.

The new coilovers are meant to work with factory-issue shock absorbers. One distinct advantage is the ability to adjust ride height to taste after installation; the manufacturer claims the setting won’t affect the ride comfort. An added bonus comes in the form of a lowered center of gravity (30 to 50 mm), which simultaneously improves appearance and steering.

Owners of the Mercedes C-Class T-Model may also look forward to reduced roll when entering turns.

Those who want to take the upgrade a little further may opt for a set of wheel spacers. The latter cost around $50, while the former come priced at $830.
